This policy explains what data we receive when you visit crewsoft.id or contact us, and how we use it.
This website is operated by PT Fast Reasoning Zenith ("we"), Jl. Ganggeng Raya No. 50, Sungai Bambu, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta 14330, Indonesia.
Data we receive
- Assessment and demo form. When you submit the form, its contents (name, agency name, WhatsApp number, email if provided, vessel count, topic, and message) are forwarded through Cloudflare to our email. We also record the time of submission, the page language, and the country of the connection to filter spam. The form does not store data on the website.
- WhatsApp and email. When you contact us: your name, phone number or email address, agency name, and the content of the conversation.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our server records IP addresses, access times, pages visited, and browser type.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use third-party analytics. Cloudflare may set a security cookie needed to protect the website from malicious traffic. Fonts and images are served from our own server. If we add an analytics tool later, we will update this policy first.
How we use data
- To respond to your request, schedule demos and assessments, and prepare plan proposals.
- To keep the website secure and running well.
We do not sell your data. Your data is not shared with any company, including our affiliates, without your permission, unless required by law.
Other parties involved
The website and form are served through Cloudflare, which also forwards form submissions to our email. The website runs on a server rented from a cloud infrastructure provider. Messages you send via WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp (Meta), and emails by our email provider, under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep data
We keep form submissions, conversations, and contact details for up to 12 months, unless they lead to a business relationship; after that they are deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at [email protected]. Server logs are deleted automatically on a regular schedule.
Crew data in the CrewSoft app
Crew data that agencies manage in the CrewSoft app is not collected through this website. Its processing is governed by the service agreement and data processing agreement with each agency. In that relationship the agency acts as the data controller, and each agency uses a separate database.
Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent you have given. Send your request to [email protected].
Security
The website uses HTTPS, and server access is limited to authorized team members.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
